How will I receive my bill?
You will receive your bill once your account has been charged for the monthly fee, your bill will be emailed to you.

Talk Motion accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.

How do you bill for your service?
Your credit card on file will automatically be billed on your billing due date.

How can I update my credit card on file?
Click here to login to your account then click on the Billing Information link on the left hand side.

Does Talk Motion charge late fees?
Talk Motion will make multiple attempts to collect any outstanding amount due. If after repeated attempts a payment cannot be collected, your account is subject to a late fee of up to 20%. To avoid late fees, it is recommended that you always have the most up to date billing information on file.

What if calling rates change?
Talk Motion may at times changes rates for international locations. You're not locked into these rates, so you will enjoy the benefits any time we lower our cost. You will be billed at the rate that was in affect at the time the calls were placed. For the latest international pricing, please download our latest international calling rates by clicking here.

What taxes are charged on my bill?
A universal service fund fee, a regulatory recovery fee and a emergency services fee are charged on your account as taxes. Depending on the type of package you have, your tax rate will vary due to the universal service fund fee being a percentage of your monthly service fee.
